The front part of the telekung is very short, exposing my hand during salah. Otherwise material is ok not hot and breathable. Just the cutting of telekung is not suitable especially for tall person

Unsatisfied with the finishing of the Reem telekung

Quite dissapointed with item that i received as i'm not buying a defect items so i expect the finishing should have passed the quality control check.

Unable to proceed with return & refund as i already cut the brand tagging. This is not the first time for me to buy Alhumaira item, i bought a lot before this and this is not something that i expected or ever happened before. That is why i confidently cut the tagging before done my proper checking.

I only realised the front end of the telekung is uneven on both side when i put it on ironing board to iron it.
Hopefully the team can do proper quality checking on the items before packing. 

I even email the team to convey my frustration but no reply received so far. Hopefully can improve on customer sevice as well. Thanks
