Refund, Returns & Exchanges
ORDER ENQUIRY
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- In any case where you have received faulty, defective or incomplete item(s), kindly email us at support@alhumaira.com within 24 hours from the date of the item received.
- Please make sure your items are returned in its original packaging, new, unused and with all ALHUMAIRA tags still attached. Enquiries that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be provided upon approval.
If you intend to do this, we assume you agreed to our T&C and our Return Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind (we recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing).
- Different color from website (actual colours may vary slightly from device's display due to settings and lighting)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned without their original tags and packaging.
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Inners, innerwear, hand socks (due to hygiene reasons)
*We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
3. Exchange
- We only accept exchanges which are applicable for in-store only. No refund is allowed. Items requested for exchange must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages.
- Exchanges of items can be made within 3 days within the purchase date at respective stores. Items cannot be exchanged after 3 days.
- Items must be returned with tags still attached, in its original packaging complete with the original receipt.
- Please note that the exchange of items is subject to stock availability at the respective stores.
- Please note that we will NOT entertain any exchange / refund at the boutique if you order online.
5. Refund Process
- No cash refunds will be issued. We offer store credit only which you can use to make a new purchase of the desired item.
- Please note that the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds or store credit will be calculated based on the amount paid after the discount/points redemption and delivery fee.
- Cash refund takes within 5-7 working days (defective or incorrect items only).
- The exchange process is only applicable for ONE time per ONE order/receipt.
6. Reward Program
- There are multiple ways in which you can become a Alhumaira member & it's Free! For online methods, you can register an account here.
- For in-store purchases at any of our stores, simply provide your registered email address to the cashier, which will be used to check on your reward status.
- Points redeemed during purchase are applied as an immediate discount on the order.
- In the event of an exchange or return, redeemed points are considered used and will not be reinstated to your account.
7. Colours

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on ALHUMAIRA's website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
8. Sale

During our sale, products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
