If you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or defect item(s), you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. No refund is allowed.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ALHUMAIRA tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; and you need to bear the shipping cost to us. However, we will bear the shipping cost when we send back to you (only for the first time of exchange).
In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs.
We regret to inform that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. You've changed you're mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, or specification, product not meeting expectation.
*We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
We only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed. Exchange item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.
You are welcome back to the store where you bought within 3 days from the date receipt. Item cannot be exchanged after 3 days. Item must be returned with tags still attached and must be in original packaging complete with the original receipt. Please note that the exchange of item is subject to store availability. Once you send back your item, we assume you agreed to our Return Policy.
Important thing to note is that we will not entertain any exchange / refund at the boutique if you order online.

Simply email or call us and send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- You can return the items once we reply your email.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your ALHUMAIRA account.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of ALHUMAIRA. Under the rare occasion that the customer failed to return the item within the stipulated time, a valid reason must be provided.

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on ALHUMAIRA's website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
During our sale clearance, products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
