Orders placed through website cannot be self-picked up. Any enquiry or changes you wish to make in regard to your order, kindly send us an email to support@alhumaira.com within 24 hours after the order is placed. The changes it however subject to the fulfilment status of your order and can't be changed if the order has been fulfilled. In any case where you have received faulty, defective or incomplete item(s), kindly email us within 24 hours from the date of the item received and fill in form below:

Please make sure your items are returned in its original packaging, new, unused and with all ALHUMAIRA tags still attached. Enquiry that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE (ONLINE ORDER)

Simply email or call us and please follow the steps below to return your purchase.

1. Fill in Return Request Form.

2. Wait for approval. Our team will reach you via email.

3. You can return the items to the following address:

4. Once we received your return item(s), we will ship out the replaced item(s) within 7 days.

If you intend to do this, we assume you agreed to our T&C and our Return Policy. 

Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; We will bear the shipping cost when we send back to you (only for the first time of exchange).

In the event the Product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs.

We regret to inform you that any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted. This includes reasons for mistaken selection of collection, colour, size, or specification, and if the product does not meet your expectations. 

*We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

PHYSICAL STORES

We only accept exchanges. No refund is allowed. Items requested for exchange must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages.

Exchanges of items can be made within 3 days within purchase date at respective stores. Items cannot be exchanged after 3 days. Items must be returned with tags still attached, in its original packaging complete with the original receipt. Please note that the exchange of items is subject to stock availability at the respective stores. Once you return your item, we assume you have agreed to our Return Policy.

Important thing to note is that we will not entertain any exchange / refund at the boutique if you order online.

OUR POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with all ALHUMAIRA tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and be sent back to the customer.

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your ALHUMAIRA account.

HIJAB / INNER

Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all ALHUMAIRA tags still attached.

COLOURS

We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on ALHUMAIRA's website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

FINAL SALE

During our sale clearance, products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
