Position Overview

Alhumaira are looking for a talented and motivated Head of Creative to lead our creative department and work closely with Creative Director. He/She able to translate business branding into elegant, and creative solutions. Will working to tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects, the creative lead must be skilled at overseeing a creative team. The Head of Creative must be exceptional at pitching creative concepts to clients and company stakeholders, as well as communicating ideas and creating concepts for other team members.

Job Description

  • Confidently produce practical creative work visual and concepts that inspire, inform and captivate key audiences or market segments which is implementable and fit for purpose whilst keeping to corporate values.
  • Managing all aspects of a project, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and company relations.
  • Determining which types of advertising/campaign/editing will be most effective in reaching target audiences based on demographic information such as age, gender, ethnicity, location, or socioeconomic status.
  • Coordinating photography and videography sessions to ensure that the session goes according to the concept that has been planned.
  • Responsible for the monitoring and pre-approval of digital content drafts used for a variety of print collateral, online digital, media advertising, social media content, and other related marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible and coordinate works in developing ideation for concepts, campaign, and finalize design.
  • Reviewing creative team works to ensure they meet the company's specifications or reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are effective at promoting the company’s products or services.
  • Establishing timelines for projects and managing the workflow to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Managing budgets for projects and making adjustments when necessary to ensure they are within range of the original estimate.
  • Communicating with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget as well as being capable of managing external creative agencies to deliver on design projects.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Creative Photo media/ Graphic Design / Multimedia or any related field of study.
  • Minimum 5 years experience or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
  • Familiar with latest multimedia, digital marketing and social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
  • Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated, team player, able to work independently, meticulous, and good communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

VIDEOGRAPHER/ VIDEO EDITOR (Content & Branding)

Position Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced person who has both Videographer and Photography skills. He/she must be able to create marketing videos used for social media campaigns and branding.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for all video and photo content, include editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for marketing or campaign. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
  • Contribute creative direction and produce idea/concept for any campaign shoot, product shoot and event shoot.
  • Collaborative working with Creative Team & Marketing Team on campaign direction and planning (theme, location, props, colour palette, etc).
  • Perform quality assurance on all videos/photos editing before sharing it to the Marketing Team.
  • Responsible in providing effective and proper archive all the videos/photos produced in a proper filing system.

Skills you will need:

  • Passion for video creation, storytelling and ideation.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Proactive & team player, but can equally work independently.
  • Results- driven person that take pride in their work, always deliver results and go beyond the minimum requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Creative Photo media / Multimedia/ Video Production or any related field of study.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience using editing software : Premiere, After Effects, and other editing software.
  • Photography skills will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in motion graphic is a plus.
  • Familiar with latest multimedia, digital marketing and social media platform.
  • Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated, team player, able to work independently, meticulous, and good communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work according to a strict time schedule.
