Freelance Live Moderator

Job Scope:
- Assist in preparing live streaming setup before sessions begin
- Manage backend live systems (TikTok Shop / Shopee Live)
- Pin products, manage flash deals, and monitor live comments
- Reply to customer enquiries during live sessions
- Assist live host throughout the session to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and organize products before and after live sessions
- Ensure all live equipment and product samples are properly maintained
Requirements:
- Responsible and able to multitask during live sessions
- Basic knowledge of TikTok / Shopee Live is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
