Pre-order Terms & Conditions

  1. Pre-ordered items are produced based on confirmed orders and are not ready stock at the time of purchase.

  2. Orders are estimated to be ready approximately one (1) month after the pre-order period closes. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to production or logistics factors.

  3. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and accept that delivery will occur according to the stated pre-order timeline and not immediately after purchase.

  4. Pre-order items, including those purchased under introductory pricing or bundle promotions, are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once the order has been confirmed, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

  5. Pre-order bundle pricing and introductory prices are valid only during the stated pre-order period and will not be extended after the pre-order closes.

  6. Alhumaira reserves the right to make minor adjustments to design, finishing, or packaging during production where necessary, without compromising the overall quality, functionality, or value of the product.

  7. Customers will be kept informed of production progress through official communication channels. Alhumaira is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, logistics disruptions, or force majeure events.

  8. Pre-order items must be purchased in a separate order and cannot be combined with ready stock items or other purchases within the same order. Orders containing both pre-order and non-pre-order items may be adjusted, split, or cancelled at Alhumaira’s discretion, with any applicable refunds processed accordingly.
