Pre-order Terms & Conditions

The Whimsy Heirloom – Alhumaira

By placing a pre-order for this collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. All items under Alhumaira The Whimsy Heirloom collection are sold on a pre-order basis only and are not ready stock.

  2. The pre-order period runs from 29th January 2026 to 5th February 2026. Orders placed outside this period will not be accepted.

  3. Production will begin after the pre-order period ends. Estimated delivery is within one month after the pre-order period closes. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as production or logistics delays.

  4. All pre-order purchases are final. Cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are not allowed once payment has been confirmed. Customers are advised to review all details carefully before placing an order.

  5. Each print design is offered in one colour only. Product colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or batch printing differences.

  6. Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped only once all items in the order are ready. To receive ready stock items earlier, customers are advised to place a separate order.

  7. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your pre-order. Orders without successful payment will not be processed.

  8. Customers will be notified via email or official Alhumaira channels regarding order updates, delays, or shipping confirmation. Please ensure contact details provided during checkout are accurate.

  9. Alhumaira shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier issues, logistics disruptions, or natural events.

  10. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  11. All purchases, including those made under promotional campaigns, are subject to Alhumaira’s terms and conditions. Alhumaira reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, reject, amend, or cancel any order or promotional purchase in the event of pricing errors, system issues, stock availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where applicable, customers will be notified promptly, and any affected payments will be refunded accordingly.
